I started playing piano and singing at the age of 11 and got introduced to different styles of World Music during my childhood.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

I studied Voice at the World Music Department of <\/em>CODARTS<\/a> University of the Arts (Conservatoire)<\/em> and graduated in June 2023. I am proud and honoured about my graduation performance of Fado, Brazilian and Classical music, being outlined by the jury as “uncomplicatedly beautiful”.<\/p>\n

I’m inspired by Folkloric, World and Classical Music. So what draws these styles together for me? I simply love exploring the refinement and beauty of traditional harmonies as they are timeless, thus contemporary.<\/p>\n

August 2024 – 2026<\/b><\/p>\n

Over the next two years, I will be residing in Oslo as I pursue a Master’s degree at the prestigious Norwegian Academy of Music (Norges musikkh\u00f8gskole<\/a>). As part of the Master of Music program with an Individual Concentration (FRIMA<\/a>), I am delving deeper into Global and Classical Music Traditions while refining and expanding my artistic identity. This exciting journey allows me to explore new horizons in music and continue developing my craft at the intersection of tradition and innovation.<\/span><\/p>\n
